Refund policy

Because of the nature of our fresh products, we have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must send a photo of your product to us so we can review it and assess the situation.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@popupflowershopinc.com. Please include your email and phone number in the request along with a photo of your product. If you are not pleased with your product, you can always contact us for any return question at 416-830-2138.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
